Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

I can process orders and send them out generally in 3 - 5 days. Then I’ll hand your package to the USPS and they’ll take it from there. I will send you a tracking code and you will be able to keep an eye on your precious shipment as it heads your way!

Do you offer international shipping? 

I set out the intention to sell my wares locally to try to generate sustainable community and economy where I live. I am in Washington state in the USA so I feel it is important for me to limit the range of my sales to be just within the USA.

What is your return policy? 

If products are damaged upon arrival I am happy to accept returns! However due to the nature of the CO2 emissions associated with returning products, I would like to avoid it as much as I can. There are variations in the products since they are hand made so keep in mind while purchasing you may not be receiving the exact candle you see in the photos.
